<br />Intre timp ,pregatim sosul pentru dressing ,facut din galbenusuri de ou, frecat cu smantana cu 205MG.(smantana sa nu fie mai jos de procentul asta ,fiindca e posibil sa se branzeasca)

<br />Dam oala cu ciorbita la o parte de pe aragaz si luam cu polonicul din zeama pe care o punem usor si putin cate putin peste sos,pentru a nu se taia si in felul acesta o aducem aproape de temperatura celei de pe foc.Se amesteca compozitia usor cu telul si se adauga in vasul cu ciorba .

<br />Completam cu apa fierbinte,de fiecare data cand secatuie de zeama,adaugam dovlecelul taiat in cubulete,si apoi,se sareaza,pipereaza dupa gust.

<br />Cine doreste acrita,poate pune bors) .Acesta trebuie pus dupa ce l-am fiert separat cu o ceapa crestata in 4 si apoi,rasturnat in oala cu ciorba.
<br />Se mai lasa sa dea cateva clocote si se trage de pe foc.La sfarsit, adaugam frunzele de telina sau/si patrunjelul.
<br />Se poate drege cu un ou batut si cu smantana.

<br />Si pentru ca imi place mai picant,am pus un varf de lingurita de pasta de rosii la borcanel...EVIDENT,picanta,in loc de ardei iute.

Se pune la calit ceapa tocata,se pun pulpele cu putina apa si se lasa sa se inabusa bine.Cand carnea este fiarta se adauga fasolica verde congelata .Se completeaza cu apa cat sa acopere continutul .Se presara sare si piper dupa gust.
Dupa ce s-au fiert pastaile,se adauga sucul de rosii,usturoiul pisat,si la final verdeata;marar sau patrunjel. </em>

Chiar daca le aveti de mult timp sau de-abia le-ati cumparat, nu uitati sa le ingrijiti.<br />Pentru a prelungi durata vietii si pentru pastrarea eficacitatii aparatelor electrocasnice, e nevoie cateodata doar de<br />cateva gesturi simple dar frecvente.<br />Pentru pregatirea bucatelor se intrebuinteaza diferite vase si unelte, dintre care cele strict necesare sunt urmatoarele:<br />cratiti, oale, tigai (diferite marimi), castroane, funduri de lemn, linguri de lemn, batator de carne, facalet, planseta pentru<br />aluat, batator de ou, piulita, razatoare, masina de tocat carne, capace, lingura de spuma.<br />Este foarte bine ca dupa intrebuintare aceste vase sa nu fie ingramadite si lasate sa astepte pentru a fi spalate impreuna<br />cu tacamurile, farfuriile, paharele etc. care s-au folosit la masa. Se vor spala, sterge si aseza la locul lor, in timpul<br />lucrului, treptat, de indata ce nu mai este nevoie de vasul sau unealta respectiva.<br />Vasele se spala cu apa fierbinte si putin detergent, se freaca cu praf si cand este cazul cu sarma, se clatesc cu apa<br />curata. Procedand astfel se evita dezordinea in bucatarie si o data terminata pregatirea mesei, nu mai ramane nimic<br />murdar. Dupa ce s-a servit masa nu raman de spalat decat farfuriile, vasele in care s-a servit mancarea, tacamurile si<br />paharele. Ele se spala cu apa fierbinte si detergent, se clatesc cu apa curata si se sterg. Vase de otel inoxidabil<br />- Sa fie perfect degresate si sa fie clatite cu apa in care s-a pus putin otet.<br />- Spalate cu apa care contine mult detergent si clatite superficial, se vor acoperi in timp cu un strat fin de urme de<br />chimicale si vor capata reflexe albastre-vinetii.<br />- Din cand in cand, exteriorul sa fie lustruit cu putin alcool.Vase emailate<br />- Se curata cu Tix.<br />- Sa nu fie frecate cu bureti metalici care zgarie emailul.Vase de sticla rezistente la foc<br />- Sa fie fierte din cand in cand in apa cu detergent.<br />- Sa nu fie frecate cu burete metalic.<br />- Sa nu fie puse direct pe flacara.Vase de aluminiu<br />- Vor fi spalate cu apa sapunita sau cu o carpa moale imbibata in sapun.<br />- Mancarea prinsa pe fund se scoate cu apa calda si o perie moale, nu cu un burete metalic.<br />- Pentru a disparea urmele de negreala, se pun la fiert, circa 10 minute, in apa cu otet sau zeama de lamaie; nu le convin<br />prafurile aspre de curatat, soda sau lesia de cenusa, care le strica si le innegresc.<br />- Daca vreti sa le pastrati cat mai mult timp, e bine sa le stergeti cu grija, dupa spalat.Vase de arama<br />- Sa fie spalate cu apa fierbinte, in care s-a dizolvat putin sapun.<br />- Sa fie frecate regulat, cu un amestec de sare umeda si otet.<br />- Sa fie frecate din cand in cand cu o bucata de lamaie inmuiata in sare.<br />- Sa fie clatite si bine uscate.Masa din bucatarie pe care s-a lucrat se spala cu apa fierbinte si detergent, se freaca bine,<br />se clateste cu apa curata si se sterge bine cu un stergar uscat. Nu trebuie sa se faca economie la apa calda.Cuptorul<br />Daca cuptorul dumneavostra poseda functia autocuratare, folositi-o o data pe luna. Chiar inainte, strangeti eventualele<br />firimituri si indepartati gratarul si alte vase pentru a evita stricarea acestora. In cazul unei intretineri manuale, petele de<br />grasime sunt mai usor de curatat atunci cand cuptorul e inca cald. Nu acoperiti cu foaie de aluminium marginile si vasele<br />cuptorului, acesta ataca smaltul. Plita<br />Fiecarei componente a plitei ii corespunde un mod de intretinere specific. Un burete de razuit este ideal pentru pastrarea<br />emailului. Pentru inox, un burete de preferinta moale este cel mai potrivit. In orice caz, stergeti urmele de pe plita cat mai<br />repede posibil pentru a evita o curatare mult mai neplacuta ulterior. Frigiderul si congelatorul<br />In mod obisnuit, dezghetati frigiderul daca nu e dotat cu functia dezghet automat. Atentie: nu incercati sa luati gheata cu<br />cutitul sau cu orice alt obiect taios. Riscati sa stricati circuitul de inghetare.Curatati interiorul cu un detergent de vase<br />dupa aceea folositi un dezinfectant obisnuit. Pastrati aceasta ordine: mai intai folositi un detergent impotriva murdariei si<br />dupa aceea un dezinfectant impotriva depunerilor bacteriene. Clatiti si uscati cu atentie. Cand sa decongelati frigiderul?<br />Imediat ce gheata atinge un strat mai mare de 3 mm. Evitati orice obiect ascutit pentru inlaturarea ghetii.Cuptorul cu<br />microunde<br />Dupa fiecare utilizare,stergeti marginile si interiorul usii cu ajutorul unei lavete umede. Cu o perie de plastic, inlaturati<br />alimentele incrustate in ventilatie. Pentru a elimina mirosurile neplacute: amestecati intr-un bol suc de lamaie (sau otet) si<br />apa, fierbeti continutul si lasati aburul sa actioneze asupra peretilor. De asemenea, aveti grija in ce fel de recipient doriti<br />sa incalziti alimentele in cuptorul cu microunde, deoarece unele materiale nu rezista caldurii degajate si pot dauna<br />functionarii aparatului.Aspiratorul<br />Nu aspirati niciodata apa, doar daca aspiratorul dumneavostra poseda aceasta optiune. Umiditatea deterioreaza sacul si<br />sistemul electric.
